Module securityQuestionsForm

From midPoint version 4.8, securityQuestionsForm module can’t be the first module in the sequence. Before securityQuestionsForm module, we need to use authentication module for identification of the user, for example focusIdentification.

Definition of "security questions form" module. The module is used for interactive log-in of a user by answering a set of security questions.
