Control

Storage media should be managed through their life cycle of acquisition, use, transportation and disposal in accordance with the organization’s classification scheme and handling requirements.

Necessity of MidPoint

MidPoint is not applicable for implementation of this control.

Implementation of the control is completely outside the scope of identity governance and administration (IGA).

Rationale

This control is concerned with physical security only, which is out of reach of midPoint.
