ITSM Plugin Implementation
The purpose of ITSM plugin is to provide integration between midPoint and IT Service Management (ITSM) system. MidPoint ITSM plugins are just a special case of MidPoint connector. In fact it is a subclass of midPoint abstract manual connector using Unified Connector Framework Interfaces. See sample ITSM plugin project here: https://github.com/Evolveum/connector-manual-sample

This is a missing or incomplete feature of midPoint and/or of other related components.
We are perfectly capable to implement, fix and finish the feature, just the funding for the work is needed.
